We opened The Marylebone with a simple idea: what if your local coffee spot transformed into your favorite cocktail bar when the sun went down? Turns out, people love that flexibility. By day, we're all flat whites and informal meetings. Come evening, our bartenders take over, mixing drinks with botanicals you've probably never heard of (but will definitely taste the difference). The whole Wild West saloon thing? It started as a bit of fun but became our signature – think less cowboys-and-tumbleweeds, more refined-frontier-elegance. Our outdoor space catches the afternoon sun beautifully, the kitchen can handle everything from canapés to full dinners, and we've enough tech to run presentations without anyone falling asleep.
