Martindale House has been part of Ruddington's landscape since 1753, and today we've transformed this historic building into The Meeting Space - a collection of thoughtfully designed rooms where modern business meets period character. Our exposed beams and original features create an atmosphere that feels refreshingly different from typical corporate venues. We've configured four distinct meeting rooms to suit various working styles and group sizes. The Large Meeting Room welcomes up to 13 people and works brilliantly for conferences, training sessions, and workshops. High ceilings and natural light keep the energy flowing even during day-long sessions. For smaller teams, our Meeting Room hosts 6 comfortably, while the Small Room provides privacy for 3-person interviews or focused discussions. The Glass Meeting Room fits 5 people and brings a contemporary feel, though we always mention its transparency means it's better suited for collaborative work than confidential conversations. Every room comes equipped with the technology teams actually need - large TV screens with Chromecast and HDMI connections for seamless presentations, reliable WiFi throughout, and traditional flip charts for brainstorming. We keep fresh tea and coffee flowing all day because we know caffeine fuels productivity. The integrated kitchen area and breakout space give groups room to recharge between sessions. You'll find us right in central Ruddington, just a short drive from Nottingham city centre with excellent public transport links. While we don't have our own car park, free on-street parking surrounds the building and there are public car parks nearby. Our industrial-style interiors with wireless presentation screens and flexible layouts mean we can adapt spaces to match your working preferences - whether that's boardroom style, theatre setup, or collaborative clusters.
