Our meeting rooms at The Sir Bernard Miller Centre sit right alongside the Thames at The Odney Club in Cookham, Berkshire, where morning sessions often start with riverside views and the sound of water flowing past. We've designed our spaces to adapt to whatever your meeting needs – whether you're gathering 12 colleagues around a boardroom table or hosting 150 delegates in theatre-style seating. Each room comes equipped with LED TV screens, reliable Wi-Fi, and full audio-visual setups including conference calling facilities. We can arrange the furniture in theatre, cabaret, boardroom, U-shape, or classroom layouts, and we're always happy to create something more bespoke if your event requires it. Between sessions, your team can step out onto our private grounds – many groups use the riverside paths for walking meetings or simply to clear their heads before the afternoon agenda. We've got plenty of free parking spaces, so nobody has to worry about meters or finding a spot. Our catering team works from The Manor Restaurant kitchen, providing everything from working lunches to formal dinners. Coffee breaks can be set up in the meeting rooms or, weather permitting, on the terrace overlooking the water. For multi-day events, we have 75 bedrooms across the property. They range from singles for solo travelers to family rooms and interconnecting options for groups who want to stay close. We even have dog-friendly rooms if someone needs to bring their four-legged colleague. The Manor Bar stays open in the evenings, giving your team somewhere to continue conversations after the formal sessions end.
