Five floors up at 3 Wellington Place, we've created something special for Leeds' business community. Our meeting spaces catch natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, and when you step onto our roof terrace, Tower Square spreads out below—it's where many of our guests take their coffee breaks or host informal networking sessions. We've designed four distinct rooms to handle everything from one-on-one strategy sessions to company-wide presentations. Vista, our largest space, comfortably seats 150 for conferences, while Aspect, Horizon, and Skyline offer more intimate settings for smaller teams. Three of these rooms come equipped for hybrid meetings, so remote colleagues join seamlessly through our conference call systems. The tech setup makes presenting straightforward—widescreen TVs with HDMI ports in every room, plus our PA system with roving microphone for larger gatherings. Built-in speakers ensure everyone hears clearly, whether they're in the back row or dialing in from another city. We keep the temperature just right with individual room controls, and there's always fresh coffee and refreshments available. Between sessions, teams often gather in our breakout lounge or head up to the terrace. Being just minutes from Leeds Station means attendees arrive easily, and our location at the Wellington Place estate puts you right in the business district.
