About Thirst Bar
We've been pouring cocktails at 53 Greek Street since 2002, and Thirst Bar Soho has become the kind of place where after-work drinks naturally turn into dancing until 3 AM. Our ground floor greets you with plenty of seating and those coveted pavement tables where you can watch Soho life pass by. This is where most people start their evening - settling in with one of our cocktails during Stupid Hour or working through our gin collection, each served in oversized goblets with their own specific garnishes. Head downstairs after dark and you'll find a completely different energy. We open up the lower level when the evening gets going, bringing in our DJs who keep the dance floor packed until the early hours. The contrast between our two floors means we can handle pretty much any kind of party - whether you're planning relaxed drinks with colleagues or want somewhere your group can properly let loose later on. We're open Monday through Saturday from 4 PM to 3 AM (closed Sundays to give everyone a breather). The venue works brilliantly for different types of celebrations throughout the night. Early evening, our ground floor fills with the after-work crowd enjoying cocktails and conversation. As it gets later, groups naturally drift between floors - some staying upstairs for more intimate catch-ups while others head down to dance. Our bartenders know their way around every bottle behind the bar, mixing classics alongside our own creations. The space itself has that proper Soho feel - independent, unpretentious, and ready for whatever kind of night you're after.
