Football fans know us as the home of Hearts, but during the week, Tynecastle Park transforms into something quite different. We open up 14 suites throughout the stadium for meetings, conferences, and celebrations - spaces that usually buzz with match-day excitement become productive meeting rooms and elegant party venues. Our Gorgie Suite spans the length of the pitch and works brilliantly for exhibitions, product launches, and gala dinners. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the stadium, natural light floods the space while your guests enjoy views of where Hearts legends have played since 1886. The Executive European Lounge offers a more intimate setting - we've hosted everything from board meetings to birthday celebrations here, and the modern furnishings paired with those panoramic windows create an atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming. We can accommodate over 1,500 guests across all our suites, though most meetings and parties use our smaller spaces that hold anywhere from 20 to 200 people. Our catering team prepares everything fresh in the stadium kitchens - they've won awards for their work, and you'll taste why when you try their Scottish salmon or traditional tablet desserts. The Tynecastle Park Hotel sits right here on site, so overnight guests can walk straight from their rooms to morning meetings.
