The kitchen isn't just for show either - we've equipped it with professional-grade appliances and that quartz breakfast bar that becomes everyone's favorite gathering spot once the drinks start flowing. Downstairs, we've got three en-suite bedrooms that party planners love using as breakout spaces or quiet zones. Each has frameless glass features and 4K TVs - perfect when someone wants to set up a gaming station or screening area. The outdoor atrium garden between the levels creates this unexpected breathing space that guests gravitate toward throughout the night. We keep the practical stuff ready too.
