Seven huge windows flood The Hoyland Room with natural light, each one framing views of our peaceful courtyard - a rare find in this part of the City. We've named this space after the seven original Hoyland paintings that line the walls, their bold colours creating conversation points throughout your meal. The room's showpiece is our double-height wine tower, reaching up through the centre of the space. It's quite something to see our collection displayed like this, and guests often find themselves browsing the bottles between courses. The tower holds selections from our extensive cellar, including pieces from that famous Port collection we keep downstairs in the old Sandeman vaults. We can seat 44 of you around the long tables, each place set with our signature blue chairs that pick up the tones in the Hoyland works. For drinks receptions or more informal gatherings, we'll reconfigure the space to welcome up to 60 guests comfortably. The courtyard views and artwork create a sense of occasion without feeling overly formal. Our kitchen serves the same Modern European menu you'll find in the main restaurant, built around whatever's best from British suppliers that week. The room's layout means we can serve everything from multi-course dinners to sharing platters down the centre of the tables, depending on what kind of evening you're planning. The combination of natural light, original art, and that impressive wine display makes this one of our most requested spaces for celebrations. Birthday dinners work particularly well here - there's something about those Hoyland paintings and the wine tower that sets the right tone for marking special occasions. Being just moments from Bank, Monument and Cannon Street stations means your guests can easily join you from across London.
