Green velvet chairs catch the morning light differently than they do at sunset, something we've noticed after hosting hundreds of events in The Room. This versatile space transforms throughout the day as natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Marine Lake and the coast beyond. We've watched business presentations gain momentum against the backdrop of morning tides, and evening receptions glow as the water reflects the last rays of sunlight. The industrial-style exposed ductwork above creates an interesting contrast with the trailing greenery we've woven throughout the ceiling. Round tables dressed in white linens can be configured for 260 dining guests, or we can clear the floor entirely to accommodate 400 for cocktail receptions. For conferences, the theatre setup holds 350 comfortably, while more intimate board meetings work beautifully with 48 seats arranged around U-shaped tables. Our projector and PA system handle everything from quarterly reports to wedding speeches, and yes, we have both a licensed bar and a pizza oven, which tends to surprise corporate clients until they see how well wood-fired pizzas work for networking breaks. The private access to our Roof Garden gives your guests somewhere to step out between sessions or during drink receptions, with views that stretch across the water.
