The Coffee Room awaits on our first floor, dressed in rich crimson walls and gold leaf detailing that catches the afternoon light just so. We've hosted everything here from wedding receptions that dance until midnight to corporate presentations where deals get sealed over champagne. Those towering windows frame St James's Square gardens beautifully, and when you throw them open on a summer evening, the room transforms. Our chandeliers, each one a proper Victorian piece, cast patterns across the portraits of admirals and generals who've watched over countless celebrations. The mirrors between them double the sparkle when the dancing starts. We can seat 150 for dinner service, with our kitchen team orchestrating courses from their domain downstairs. For standing receptions, 250 guests move comfortably between the bar area and that purpose-built dance floor we had installed. Theatre-style, we fit 150 with excellent sightlines to our projection screen. The room adapts remarkably well, whether you're planning product launches, birthday parties that get properly festive, or wedding breakfasts where every toast matters. Our tech setup includes everything modern events demand: reliable WiFi throughout, a crisp projector system, and PA equipment that handles both presentations and party playlists. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when the dance floor fills up. We operate a bring-your-own alcohol arrangement, though our bar team knows exactly how to serve whatever you provide. Many clients bring their own DJ or connect their music directly to our sound system. The lift serves all floors, making access straightforward for everyone, with accessible facilities nearby. Piccadilly Circus and Green Park stations both sit within a five-minute walk, handy for guests arriving from across London.
