The 650-liter copper still is the first thing that grabs your attention when you enter our Distillery space, its polished surface reflecting the character of this converted railway arch. We're just steps from Haggerston Overground station, where Victorian brickwork meets the craft of modern distilling in a way that creates something genuinely different for East London celebrations. During daylight hours, our floor-to-ceiling windows transform the arch into a bright, airy space that feels nothing like the underground venues you might expect. Come evening, we adjust the lighting to catch the copper curves of our still, turning it into a glowing focal point that sets the mood for any gathering. The high curved ceiling gives even our maximum capacity of 100 standing guests room to move freely, while more intimate seated events for up to 40 people benefit from the architectural drama overhead. What we've found works brilliantly is how the working distillery becomes part of your event. Our bar serves cocktails made from spirits distilled right here in the room, and guests naturally gravitate toward the still throughout the night. Some hosts arrange furniture around it, others use it as a backdrop for speeches or photos. The leather sofas tucked into corners create perfect spots for catching up between dancing, while our outdoor area offers a breather when the party's in full swing. We've seen birthday groups measure out botanicals together before the party kicks off, creating their own gin blend as everyone arrives.
