The tree at the heart of our Treeside space catches everyone's eye the moment they walk in, its branches wrapped in twinkling lights that transform this corner of DEPOT Cardiff into something quite special. We've watched countless events unfold here, from buzzing networking evenings to birthday parties that go on until the small hours, and that illuminated tree never fails to set the mood. This industrial pocket of our warehouse holds up to 150 standing guests comfortably, or we can arrange seating for the same number around our long communal tables and benches. The exposed steel beams and brick walls create that raw warehouse feel people love about our venue, while the bowser walls give you complete control over the atmosphere, we can light them in any colour to match your event theme, whether that's corporate blues or party pinks. Our three street food kitchens built into shipping containers serve up proper Cardiff flavours throughout your event, everything from loaded burgers to vegan delights. The cocktail bar, also housed in a converted container, keeps drinks flowing all night. Our bartenders know their stuff and can handle everything from craft beers to elaborate cocktails. The communal seating arrangement gets people talking, we've noticed how the long tables naturally encourage conversation between guests who might not have met otherwise. When larger groups book the space, they often use it alongside our Main Space, creating a natural flow between the two areas or keeping Treeside as an exclusive VIP zone. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're just 270 meters from Cardiff Central station, and yes, we have our own car park, which makes life simpler for everyone. Our technical team stays on hand throughout your event, managing the lighting systems and making sure everything runs smoothly from setup to last orders.
