We've designed The Loft to work brilliantly for different party styles. Long wooden tables paired with vibrant upholstered chairs can seat 45 for formal dinners, or we can clear the space for 60 guests at standing receptions. The wooden floors and barn walls create that relaxed countryside feel, while our overhead projector and independent sound system handle everything from birthday slideshows to corporate presentations. Natural light pours through those big windows during daytime celebrations, and when evening comes, the room transforms with warm lighting against the timber beams. We've added practical touches too - air conditioning keeps summer parties comfortable, privacy blinds offer seclusion when needed, and the dedicated entertainment system means your playlist sounds exactly as it should. Being just 10 minutes from Birmingham Airport and International Station makes life easier for guests travelling from London or further afield. There's plenty of free parking on-site, and our team handles full table service throughout your event. What really makes parties here special is having our 2 AA Rosette kitchen downstairs. We prepare everything using meat from our own farm and vegetables from our two-acre garden. Party guests often comment on our handmade breads and pastries from the bakery.
