We love watching faces light up when guests first step into The Grand Ballroom. Those floor-to-ceiling windows frame Chelsea Harbour like a living painting, and depending on the time of day, you'll catch everything from morning light dancing on the water to evening reflections of the marina lights. The space itself tells quite a story. We can seat 130 for a formal dinner, with round tables dressed in our signature black linens and those rather comfortable gold-toned chairs that guests always comment on. For larger celebrations, we've hosted up to 200 for cocktail receptions, and the room never feels crowded. Theatre-style, we fit 160 comfortably, while cabaret setups work beautifully for 100 guests who want that mix of presentation and conversation. The carpet catches people's attention too, with its contemporary blue and beige pattern adding personality without overwhelming the space. We've found it photographs beautifully, which matters more than ever these days. The natural light does most of the work though, creating an atmosphere that shifts throughout your event. Our audiovisual setup handles everything from wedding bands to corporate presentations without missing a beat. The Grand Foyer next door serves as a natural extension, where we often set up the bar for arrival drinks or use it as a breakout space. It's this flexibility that makes the room work so well, whether you're planning a product launch, birthday celebration, or wedding reception. Getting here is straightforward, with Imperial Wharf station just a short walk away.
