Our Gallery Room brings a completely different experience to Dans Le Noir's famous darkness concept. Rich burgundy walls wrap around this intimate space, where up to 16 guests can gather in full light, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or private celebrations. Deep red and grey upholstered chairs circle polished tables, while carefully chosen artwork and an ornate mirror catch the warm glow from overhead spotlights. We designed this room as a comfortable contrast to our main dining experience. Groups often start their evening here, settling into plush seating with welcome cocktails before their journey into darkness begins. The heavy curtains create a cocoon of privacy, making the space particularly popular for birthday gatherings, engagement parties, and those special moments when you want everyone to actually see the cake. Corporate groups book the Gallery Room for presentations and briefings before team-building exercises in our dark dining rooms. The banquet-style setup works brilliantly for wine tastings where guests compare notes on what they see versus what they'll later taste blind. We've hosted everything from book club meetings discussing sensory perception to pre-wedding gatherings where nervous guests prepare for their first dining-in-the-dark experience. The room's warm lighting and comfortable seating encourage people to linger. After emerging from darkness, many groups return here to discuss their meal revelations over digestifs.
