Step through our graffitied entrance and descend into Birmingham's most talked-about underground party space. The Cellar sits beneath The Rainbow Pub in Digbeth, where exposed brick walls and polished concrete floors create the perfect backdrop for celebrations that need a bit more edge. We've hosted everything from raucous birthday parties to intimate live gigs down here, and the space transforms brilliantly for each event. Our 200-capacity room comes alive under colourful LED lighting that we can adjust to match your party's mood. The dedicated performance stage has seen countless bands and DJs work the crowd, all powered by our professional Nexo Alpha E PA system. The sound quality down here is something special, with acoustics that make live music truly sing and DJ sets properly thump. We've installed bespoke stage lighting that turns performances into proper shows, whether you're bringing your own entertainment or letting guests take turns on the decks. At the back of the room, our seating booths give groups a chance to catch up between dancing, while the fully-stocked private bar keeps drinks flowing all night. Our bartenders know their craft, mixing everything from classic cocktails to pouring local beers and craft ciders. For smaller gatherings, we can arrange the space for 20 seated guests, complete with dining from our plant-based caterers BA-HA. The separate entrance means your party stays completely private from the pub above. Located right in Digbeth's creative district with easy access to Birmingham city centre, guests find us easily whether they're coming by train, bus or taxi.
