The Rainbow Pub has been pulling pints and hosting parties in Birmingham's Digbeth district for more than 250 years, and we've learned a thing or two about throwing a proper celebration in that time. Our main bar stretches along the original pub space, where the dark wood gleams under high ceilings and colored light streams through our stained-glass windows - it's the same spot where generations of Birmingham locals have raised their glasses. We've got four distinct spaces you can book for your party. The main pub area works brilliantly for casual gatherings where guests can mingle around the bar. Step outside into our courtyard and you'll find street-art graffiti covering the walls, hanging plants swaying overhead, and heated seating booths where your group can settle in with drinks from the private outdoor bar. For something more intimate, our cocktail lounge wraps guests in plush velvet seating beneath chandeliers - perfect for sophisticated birthday celebrations or drinks receptions. The real showstopper is our Rainbow Cellar downstairs. This 200-capacity underground space comes fully equipped with our Nexo Alpha E PA system and bespoke stage lighting, ready for bands, DJs, or whatever entertainment you've got planned. We regularly host live music down here, so we know exactly how to make the acoustics work for your event. Our in-house caterers BA-HA handle all the food - they're completely plant-based and create menus that even the most devoted meat-eaters devour.
