Our Rear Restaurant transforms from bustling dining room by day to your own private Welsh haven by evening. This characterful space seats up to 120 guests across the main floor, with rich wooden accents and carefully chosen lighting that shifts the mood from business lunch to celebratory dinner as naturally as the Welsh weather changes. The room's clever design includes a mezzanine level that holds 20 guests, giving you a semi-private perch overlooking the main dining area. Business groups particularly love this setup, using the mezzanine for board meetings while their teams gather below, or keeping it as a VIP area during larger celebrations. We've installed a projector and screen that works brilliantly for presentations, though we've also screened rugby matches here when the occasion calls for it.
