At Aubaine Mayfair, we transform our entire Dover Street restaurant into your private French brasserie when you book our Exclusive Hire option. Picture having all three of our distinct spaces working together for your event: the light-filled main dining room, our covered terrace perfect for welcome drinks, and La Cave downstairs with its vaulted stone ceilings and rustic fireplace. We can accommodate 110 guests for cocktail receptions or 80 for seated dinners, giving you flexibility in how you use the spaces. Many clients start with canapés and champagne on the terrace before moving guests through to dinner in the main restaurant, while others set up La Cave as a dedicated bar area for the evening. The flow between spaces creates natural movement and energy throughout your event. Our kitchen stays open exclusively for your group, preparing everything from passed canapés to multi-course dinners. We've hosted product launches where brands used the projector and flipchart for presentations before transitioning into celebration mode, and birthday parties where guests enjoyed cocktails upstairs before descending to La Cave for dancing. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout keep everyone comfortable, while our team manages the logistics of service across all areas. The mix of contemporary furnishings upstairs and the atmospheric stone walls below gives you variety in backdrops for photos and different moods throughout the evening.
