Twenty-six taps line the bar at our Exclusive Bar Hire space, each one telling a different story through craft beer from around the world. When you book the entire venue, your guests get the run of this industrial-style haven, where exposed brick walls meet steel fixtures under the warm glow of Edison bulbs that cast just the right light for celebration. The space holds up to 130 people for standing receptions or 80 for seated events, with long communal tables that naturally bring people together. Our signature neon sign throws colourful light across the room while the sleek bar counter stands ready with those 26 taps, from our flagship Punk IPA to rotating selections we're particularly excited about that week. The layout flows naturally, encouraging movement and conversation while keeping the bar easily accessible from every corner. We've hosted everything here from milestone birthdays where groups take over the entire space, to corporate parties where colleagues finally relax over proper beer and pizza. Hen parties love the energy, especially when we set up beer tasting sessions between the dancing. The wide doorways and spacious layout mean everyone moves comfortably, whether they're ordering at the bar or claiming their spot at the communal tables. Our kitchen stays fired up throughout your event, sending out pizzas on 48-hour proved sourdough bases. The Spicy Meaty with nduja and jalapeños becomes even better when shared among friends, while our vegetarian and vegan options mean nobody misses out. The industrial aesthetic, complete with those exposed brick walls, creates an authentic backdrop that photographs brilliantly without trying too hard. You'll find us at 36-38 Botchergate, practically next door to Carlisle train station, making arrivals and departures straightforward for all your guests.
