Our 26 taps at BrewDog Carlisle tell a different story every week. From our own Punk IPA to rare finds from breweries across the globe, we pour each one with the same enthusiasm that got us into craft beer in the first place. You'll find us at 36-38 Botchergate, practically next door to Carlisle train station – perfect timing if you're stepping off the train with a thirst. The space itself reflects our brewing roots with exposed brick walls, steel fixtures, and long communal tables where strangers become friends over a shared love of good beer. We've kept the industrial feel authentic while making sure everyone feels at home – wheelchairs roll easily through our wide doorways, and your four-legged friends get as warm a welcome as you do. Our kitchen team hand-stretches every pizza base using sourdough that's been proving for 48 hours. Whether you're tearing into our Spicy Meaty loaded with nduja and jalapeños or sharing a Halloumi pizza with roasted peppers, you're getting proper food that stands up to the beer.
