The Russell Suite brings together everything we love about Pembroke Lodge in one beautifully proportioned space. Up on the first floor of our Georgian Wing, this room catches the morning sun through its tall windows and holds onto that warmth throughout the day, creating the most wonderful atmosphere for celebrations. We've hosted countless parties here, from milestone birthdays to anniversary dinners, and what makes the Russell Suite special is how it adapts to each occasion. The space comfortably seats 100 guests around round tables, though we've also arranged it for cocktail receptions where people drift between the room and our South Lawn garden. Those original Georgian features, the period cornicing and proportions, give your event instant character without overwhelming your own style choices. Your guests will have exclusive use of the South Lawn, accessed directly from the suite. Picture drinks on the grass with Richmond Park stretching out beyond, deer occasionally wandering past in the distance. We've installed proper sound and lighting systems that handle everything from background jazz during dinner to proper dancing later on. The chandeliers cast a lovely glow for evening events, while daylight transforms the space completely during afternoon celebrations. Getting here is straightforward, with free parking for all your guests and lift access to the first floor. We're tucked away in Richmond Park but surprisingly close to central London, giving you that countryside feel without the trek. Our events team knows this room inside out, from where to position the band to the best spot for cutting the cake with those park views behind you.
