From your first-floor position in the Grandstand, you and your guests look out across the Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure through floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light all day long. Access to the Grandstand Apron means your celebration can spill outside, with the racecourse stretching out before you. The room itself gives you serious flexibility for any type of celebration. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays for 700 guests mingling with drinks, to seated gala dinners for 320, and the space adapts beautifully. At 60 metres long and 9.2 metres wide, there's proper room to create different zones, whether you want a dance floor, lounging areas, or space for entertainment. The in-built bar keeps drinks flowing without anyone having to leave the party. Our award-winning catering team creates menus that match your celebration perfectly. They work with seasonal ingredients and handle every dietary requirement, including halal, vegan and gluten-free options. The state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment means your DJ or band can plug straight in, and we've seen some fantastic light shows projected across these walls.
