The Langdon Suite opens directly onto its own private patio through French doors, giving you that indoor-outdoor flow that makes corporate gatherings and celebrations feel less confined. We've positioned this ground-floor space to catch the morning and afternoon light through windows that run along one side, creating a naturally bright atmosphere that keeps energy levels up throughout your event. With 60 guests for standing receptions or 45 seated, the light wood flooring and neutral walls mean you can dress the room however you like. We regularly host everything from training days and team meetings to birthday parties and anniversary celebrations here. The flexible layout lets us arrange tables for boardroom meetings of 30, theatre-style presentations for 45, or cabaret seating for 32 when you want that more social setup. Our tech setup includes WiFi throughout, a projector for presentations, flatscreen TV, and PA system, so whether you're running a corporate workshop or hosting a quiz night, everything's ready to go. The flipchart stays tucked in the corner for brainstorming sessions, and we can bring in additional AV equipment when needed. That private patio really comes into its own during warmer months. Groups often spill outside during coffee breaks or use it for welcome drinks before dinner. Being on the ground floor with level access throughout means everyone can move freely between inside and out, and our 300 free parking spaces are just steps away. The bar and kitchen are close by, so catering runs smoothly whether you're after morning pastries, working lunches, or evening buffets.
