The Bar at Hawksmoor Guildhall works brilliantly for those parties where you want somewhere a bit special without the formality of a full sit-down dinner. Right in the heart of the City, just a quick walk from Bank station, our bar takes up the front section of the restaurant with its own distinct character. Dark wood floors meet leather banquettes, while carefully positioned lighting creates pools of warmth throughout the space. The actual bar runs along one side, bottles gleaming, our bartenders working their magic with house cocktails and classics alike. We can fit 100 of your guests comfortably for drinks and canapés, or set up proper seating for 50 if you prefer a more structured affair. What makes our bar particularly good for celebrations is how it flows. High tables scattered between the regular seating mean your guests naturally circulate, conversations spark up easily, and there's always somewhere to perch with a drink. The acoustics handle both background music and livelier entertainment well, so whether you're after jazz during cocktails or something more upbeat later on, the sound carries beautifully without overwhelming conversation.
