Six floors up in a converted paper factory, The Victorian Loft + The Chalet brings together two distinct personalities in one flowing space. We've watched countless events unfold here, from buzzing product launches that fill every corner to intimate team celebrations tucked into the velvet sofas. The Victorian Loft commands attention with its soaring ceilings and original exposed beams, remnants of the building's industrial past. Sunlight streams through the tall windows, catching the warm honey tones of our polished wooden floors throughout the day. We've arranged plush velvet sofas and armchairs in conversational clusters, creating natural gathering spots where your guests gravitate during cocktail hours. The walls showcase vibrant wallpapers we selected to add energy without overwhelming, balanced by elegant table lamps that cast a warm glow as evening approaches. Connected through an open archway, The Chalet shifts the mood entirely. We designed this 684-square-foot retreat with leather sofas and Alpine-inspired furnishings, giving your guests a quieter space to catch their breath or continue conversations away from the main celebration. During corporate events, teams often claim this area for breakout sessions, while party hosts use it as their catering hub or VIP lounge. Together, these spaces accommodate 200 guests for standing receptions or 130 for seated dinners. Our AV system runs throughout both areas, supporting everything from conference presentations to party playlists. We regularly reconfigure the layout, shifting between theatre style for 160, classroom setup for 80, or cabaret rounds for 130, depending on what works best for your gathering. You'll find us at Underwood Works, a quick walk from Old Street Station. Our third-floor location features full wheelchair access and DDA-compliant facilities.
