The Belle Bar & Roof Terrace opens up to reveal two distinct spaces that work brilliantly together or separately. Step through from our main pub and you'll find yourself in a wood-panelled bar that feels like a proper London drinking den, complete with leather sofas that have seen their share of good conversations and a polished wooden counter where our bartenders know their craft. What sets this space apart is the roof terrace, a proper outdoor space that's become something of a local secret. We've filled it with enough greenery to make you forget you're three minutes from Goodge Street Station, and the mix of tables and standing room means your guests can move between chatting over drinks and settling in for longer conversations. The terrace catches the best of the afternoon sun, though we've got heating for when London weather does its thing. The bar itself holds 80 standing or 40 for a sit-down meal, with enough room for people to actually move around without that awkward shuffle past chairs. We've kept the original Victorian features where we could, adding modern touches where they matter - proper Wi-Fi that actually works, a PA system for speeches, and a flatscreen if you need to show anything. The lighting creates the right mood without making it impossible to read the menu. Our in-house catering goes beyond standard party food, with proper dishes from our kitchen that people actually finish.
