The Old Billiard Room transforms from day to night with the flick of our AMBX intelligent lighting system, shifting from corporate sophistication to party atmosphere in seconds. This 346-square-metre space sits at the heart of our Victorian building, where original architectural details meet the kind of tech setup that makes event planners smile. We've hosted everything here, from 500-guest cocktail receptions spilling into the Annex, to intimate wedding dinners for 250 under our soaring five-metre ceilings.
