For over a century, our walls have witnessed Birmingham's most memorable celebrations, and we'd love to add yours to the story. The Entire Venue at The Trocadero transforms from historic pub to your private party space, complete with that original stained-glass ceiling feature casting kaleidoscope colours across the room as daylight fades into evening. We can accommodate 200 of your guests for standing receptions or seat 125 comfortably for dinner parties. The exposed brick walls and vintage touches create natural conversation starters, while our neon Trocadero sign behind the bar sets the mood for celebration. Those blue upholstered chairs and wooden tables work equally well for corporate gatherings or birthday dinners, and we'll arrange them however suits your plans. Our bar takes centre stage with its impressive row of taps pouring locally brewed ales alongside everything else you'd expect. The kitchen serves proper British dishes that complement any party, whether you're planning formal dining or casual finger food. Happy Hour runs Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8pm, offering discounted drinks that help get celebrations started. The space flows naturally between areas, with large windows bringing daylight to afternoon events and our ambient lighting creating atmosphere after dark. We've installed flatscreen TVs throughout and a professional PA system, so whether you're screening presentations, watching the match, or bringing your own DJ, the technical side is sorted. Ground-level entry and accessible facilities mean everyone can join the party comfortably. Just a short walk from New Street Station on Temple Street, getting here is straightforward for guests arriving from across Birmingham and beyond. Our resident ghost Henry Skinner might even make an appearance, though he tends to be selective about which parties he attends. When weather cooperates, the garden area provides additional space for your celebration to spill outside.
