Walk into The Royal on Church Street and you'll find Birmingham's perfect party venue, where two floors of Victorian character meet everything you need for a brilliant bash. We're talking about our Full Venue Hire, where 180 guests can spread out across the entire pub without bumping elbows with the Saturday night crowd. Our ground floor bar catches your eye first, all polished wood and gleaming beer taps under warm lighting that makes everyone look good in photos. We've kept the original features that give the place its soul, from the intricate ceiling details to those stunning stained glass windows that throw patterns across the room when the sun hits them right. The mix of high tables and comfortable upholstered seating means your guests can perch with a pint or settle in for proper conversations. Head upstairs and you've got another full bar waiting, so nobody's queuing for drinks when the party's in full swing. Both floors come with their own loos, which might sound boring but trust us, your guests will thank you when they're not trekking up and down stairs all night. We've installed proper AV kit too, including a projector and PA system that actually works, whether you're showing embarrassing photos during speeches or your mate's brought their DJ controller. The whole space flows beautifully for parties, with those deep blue and rich brown tones creating an atmosphere that's both cosy and energetic. Natural light pours through the large windows during afternoon events, while our vintage-style fixtures create the perfect mood once evening kicks in. We're just off Colmore Row near Broad Street, easy to find with paid parking nearby and full wheelchair access throughout.
