The Lodge brings the thrill of winter sports right into the heart of Leicester, complete with two ice-free curling lanes that have become our signature attraction. Your group can slide stones across the synthetic ice while the room's mountain mural towers above, creating an alpine atmosphere that gets everyone in the competitive spirit. We've designed this space for up to 35 guests who want something different from their night out. The synthetic ice means no frozen fingers or slipping about, just pure curling fun whether you're a first-timer or fancy yourself as the next Olympic champion. Blue ambient lighting washes over the wooden features and our faux fireplace, giving the whole room that après-ski feel without the need for thermal underwear. Our American-style menu fits perfectly with the Lodge experience. We serve up pizzas and sharing platters that you can grab between ends, plus a full bar stocked with beer, cider, wines and spirits to keep the competitive banter flowing. The beauty of The Lodge is how it works for any group, from birthday parties where the birthday person inevitably gets thrashed at curling, to corporate teams discovering that Janet from accounts has a surprisingly good sliding technique. Getting here couldn't be easier with Leicester's transport links right on our doorstep. Once you're in The Lodge, you're also welcome to explore the rest of our venue, where ten-pin bowling, ping pong, tech darts and our famous Crazy Pool await. But honestly, most groups find themselves hooked on the curling, perfecting their technique and challenging each other to "just one more game" well into the night.
