We've kept the industrial bones of this 1960s warehouse visible, with exposed ductwork and structural columns wrapped in bold red and black stripes that naturally create distinct zones throughout the space. Our Funktion One sound system fills every corner with crystal-clear audio, while the pre-installed trusswork and full lighting infrastructure mean your production team can focus on creativity rather than logistics. The long bar, bathed in warm lighting, becomes a natural gathering point where up to 1,600 standing guests can flow between dancing, socialising, and exploring different areas of the venue. For seated dinners, we comfortably accommodate 300 guests at banquet tables, or 210 in cabaret style for more interactive celebrations. Theatre-style presentations work beautifully here too, with space for 250 chairs facing your chosen focal point.
