The vaulted ceiling curves above you, wrapped in trailing greenery that softens the exposed brick walls of our Taproom. This is where craft beer enthusiasts gather in Edinburgh's West End, minutes from Haymarket Station, to discover what happens when traditional pub culture meets modern brewing innovation. We've arranged the space around our centrepiece, a custom-built 24-tap system that runs the length of our wooden bar. Here, Vault City's modern sour beers share the spotlight with rotating guest brews, meads, and ciders that change weekly. The bar seats 12 comfortably, with room for another 8 standing, creating natural pockets for conversation while keeping everyone connected to the main gathering. Wall sconces cast pools of warm light across the brick, replacing natural daylight with something more atmospheric.
