We designed this space to shift effortlessly between corporate presentations and celebration drinks, startup pitches and networking sessions. Our ground floor café catches everyone by surprise. Those floor-to-ceiling windows pull daylight deep into the space, while tables, couches and chairs create natural zones for different group sizes. The kitchenette keeps things practical with its refrigerator, sink and serving area, perfect when you're laying out refreshments or organizing catered spreads. By evening, this same space transforms beautifully for cocktail receptions or team celebrations. Head downstairs via stairs or lift, and you'll find our auditorium ready for serious business. Three large screens ensure everyone catches every detail of your presentation, while our integrated sound system and adjustable lighting let you set exactly the right atmosphere. The wave-like ceiling design adds visual interest without being distracting, and we've arranged the seating to maximize comfort during longer sessions. Configuration flexibility defines The Hub.
