The Victorian warehouse doors open onto something rather special at Fazeley Studios - Exclusive. We've converted these heritage spaces into Birmingham's most adaptable event venue, where exposed beams meet polished wooden floors and natural light floods through original windows from floor to ceiling. The main space transforms brilliantly depending on your celebration. We can seat 150 for dinner beneath the industrial ceiling beams, or welcome up to 250 guests for drinks and dancing across the gleaming floors. The white walls become your canvas, whether you're planning a wedding reception, milestone birthday, or corporate celebration. Our projector and sound system are already installed, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. Four distinct areas give you real flexibility. The Grand Gallery greets your guests with art deco flourishes and a statement bar, setting the tone from arrival. Our Garden Room opens onto a private courtyard, creating that indoor-outdoor flow perfect for summer parties or wedding ceremonies. The Fazeley Room works beautifully for seated dinners, while the Winter Garden, wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, becomes your dancefloor as evening falls. We're right in Digbeth's creative quarter, just minutes from Moor Street station and the Bullring, so your guests can reach us easily. The whole building has that Birmingham industrial heritage, but we've added everything modern events need, from fast Wi-Fi throughout to full accessibility.
