The Chapel at The Albert Hall transforms from a sacred space into Manchester's most dramatic party venue, where your celebration unfolds beneath soaring vaulted ceilings that rise like cathedral arches above the dance floor. We've preserved every inch of this former Wesleyan chapel's grandeur, from the intricate ceiling designs that draw gasps from first-time visitors to the historic organ that presides over the room like a magnificent sculpture. Your guests enter to find themselves bathed in kaleidoscopic light from our original stained glass windows, which paint the space in jewel tones throughout the day. The room opens up to welcome 1,500 guests for drinks receptions, or we can arrange seating for 600 when you're planning a formal dinner. The wraparound balcony gives your celebration multiple levels, letting guests move between the energy of the main floor and the bird's-eye views from above.
