We've transformed our three-story Victorian townhouse on Fulham Road into exactly that experience, only this time you get all three floors and nobody has to worry about the neighbors. When you take over our entire venue, you're essentially borrowing our flatshare for up to 220 standing guests or 90 seated around our communal tables. The ground floor Living Room sprawls out with its working fireplace and clusters of sofas that your guests naturally gravitate towards, while our long rustic bar runs along one wall where bartenders craft cocktails inspired by classic films. Come Friday nights, this becomes the main dancefloor when DJs set up in the corner. Upstairs in The Kitchen, bold blue cabinets frame the space where sharing plates emerge family-style from our open kitchen. We've installed a private bar here too, plus dedicated speakers that keep the party energy flowing between floors. The dining area wraps guests in vibrant green walls covered with eclectic artwork, mismatched chairs pulled up to tables draped in colorful cloths, creating that impromptu dinner party feeling. Our Study houses the pool table that inevitably becomes a tournament headquarters, plus stacks of board games and that Nintendo 64 that gets surprisingly competitive after a few cocktails. We've equipped each floor with its own sound system and added a projector for presentations or party visuals. You're welcome to bring your own DJ and playlist to personalize the atmosphere. Just steps from Parsons Green station, we handle everything from birthday takeovers to corporate parties that don't feel corporate. Our in-house catering covers all dietary requirements including vegan and gluten-free options, while our wheelchair-accessible ground floor ensures everyone can join the party.
