The Elders Room sits on the first floor of our Georgian building, where original sash windows frame views across Bath's historic streets. We've kept the room's 18th-century proportions intact while adding everything you need for a proper celebration. The soft blue panelling catches the morning light beautifully, and by evening, our crystal chandeliers cast a warm glow across the polished wooden floors. Your guests can gather around the original fireplace, topped with its Georgian mirror, or spread out across the room using our flexible furniture arrangement. We can seat 42 for a formal dinner or welcome up to 70 guests for drinks and dancing. The mounted stag head above the mantelpiece has watched over countless celebrations here, from golden wedding anniversaries to product launches. What really sets The Elders Room apart is the private bar we've installed in the corner. Your party gets its own dedicated bartender serving Fuller's ales, craft beers, and wines from our carefully chosen list. No queuing downstairs, no interruptions from other customers, just your group enjoying their evening. The room works brilliantly for wedding receptions, with space for your top table along the far wall and round tables for guests throughout. Corporate clients love the privacy for presentations and team celebrations, while birthday parties often spill out onto our landing area when the dancing starts. We've hosted everything from christening lunches to retirement parties up here. Getting to us couldn't be easier. Bath Spa station is a ten-minute walk, and we're right in the city centre near the Abbey.
