Climb the stairs to our Upper Level with Terrace and you'll find yourself in a space where exposed brick meets warm timber floors, where chandeliers cast a gentle glow across original architectural details. We've kept the best bits of this old drapers shop, creating a room that feels both historic and fresh, with large windows flooding the space with natural light and framing views of Canterbury's medieval streets below. The real magic happens when you step out onto our garden terrace. Surrounded by greenery and strung with lights, it's become the spot where guests naturally gravitate, drinks in hand, as the sun sets over the rooftops. The colourful outdoor furniture and relaxed atmosphere make it feel more like a friend's garden party than a formal venue, which is exactly what we were going for. We can accommodate 70 of your guests for a standing reception or 50 for a seated banquet, with wooden tables and chairs that we'll arrange however works best for your celebration. Our HD projector and Bose sound system are ready for everything from heartfelt speeches to dance floor anthems, and you're welcome to bring your own DJ or entertainment. There are no noise restrictions here, so your party can flow naturally from afternoon drinks into late-night dancing. Our Outlaw Street Food kitchen serves up Korean fried chicken, loaded bao buns, and other Asian-inspired dishes that people actually want to eat at parties. We'll work with you to create a menu that fits your event, whether that's sharing platters, a proper sit-down meal, or late-night snacks to keep the energy going. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're right in Canterbury's centre, steps from the cathedral, with parking nearby and the train station just a ten-minute walk away.
