The Gallery transforms throughout the day, from morning light streaming across polished wooden floors to evening atmospheres created by our theatre lighting system. This 9-meter white room has become one of Edinburgh's most adaptable party spaces, where those famously high ceilings give your celebration room to breathe. We've hosted countless celebrations here, from milestone birthdays where guests danced between the main space and our enclosed courtyard, to launch parties that spilled naturally between indoor and outdoor areas. The eclectic artwork on our walls provides conversation starters, while the clean white backdrop means your decorations and lighting choices really pop. Our PA system handles everything from background music to proper party playlists, and the projector works brilliantly for photo montages or visual effects. The room holds 60 guests for standing receptions, or we can arrange our 45 chairs and tables for seated celebrations. That large street-facing window creates fantastic natural light for afternoon gatherings, though we black it out completely for evening events when you want something more intimate. The theatre lighting lets you dial up the party atmosphere or create subtle mood lighting for cocktail receptions. Our small kitchen keeps things practical, with a fridge for drinks, kettle for hot beverages, and sink for easy cleanup. The wooden floors have seen their share of dancing, and the unusual tapering shape of the room creates natural zones for mingling, dancing, and quieter conversations. Being right in Edinburgh's creative quarter means your guests find us easily, with plenty of restaurants nearby for pre or post-party dining. Public transport links work well for everyone getting home safely after celebrations.
