The Restaurant space at Foundry Project brings together Manchester's industrial heritage with the comfort your guests actually want. Exposed brick walls meet warm wooden floors throughout this versatile room, where we regularly transform the layout from formal seated dinners for 90 to cocktail-style gatherings for up to 140 people. Natural light pours through our large windows during daytime events, while evening celebrations take on a different character as the metal fixtures cast interesting shadows across the brick.
