The Event Space at Project House captures everything we love about throwing parties in Leeds. This converted tile warehouse gives you 1,000 capacity for receptions or 400 seated guests, with those original warehouse windows creating an atmosphere that shifts beautifully from bright afternoon gatherings to atmospheric evening celebrations. We've kept the industrial character intact, with exposed ductwork and high ceilings that make even intimate parties feel special. The polished concrete floors and neutral walls work like a blank canvas, ready for whatever vision you bring. String lights cascade overhead, adding warmth without overwhelming your own decorating plans. During summer months, guests naturally drift between inside and our outdoor yard, where picnic-style seating and potted plants create perfect spots for conversations away from the main party energy. Our small conference PA handles speeches and presentations brilliantly, though we can bring in full sound systems, lighting rigs, microphones and projectors when your event demands more. The production team knows this space inside out, having transformed it for everything from 50th birthday parties with live bands to 500-person wedding receptions that party until our 11pm close (1am extensions available for groups up to 200). Your event manager stays with you from 9am load-in through to next-morning clear out, coordinating our bar staff and security team. Two stage dressing rooms provide private space for bands or bridal parties, while step-free access and accessible facilities mean everyone joins the celebration comfortably. Just 15 minutes' walk from Leeds city centre, with parking nearby and limited secure spots available on-site, getting here is straightforward for local and travelling guests alike. Tables, chairs and additional furniture can be arranged to match your party layout perfectly.
