At Flora Indica, our Lounge - Bar - Dining space brings together the best of both worlds, where Victorian curiosity meets contemporary Indian flavours right in the heart of Chelsea. The room wraps you in deep blue Harris tweed banquettes that run along walls adorned with intricate metallic artwork, each piece catching and reflecting light throughout the day to create an ever-changing atmosphere. We've designed this space to work beautifully for parties of all kinds, with room for 60 guests whether you're planning a seated banquet or standing reception. The full-length bar takes centre stage here, where our bartenders craft cocktails using our collection of botanical gins, each one developed specifically to complement the spices and flavours from our kitchen. You'll find Portobello Brewery beers on tap too, brewed just down the road from us. Tables dressed with embroidered napkins and fine glassware sit ready beneath antique brass fixtures, while botanical motifs scattered throughout the room nod to those Scottish explorers who first brought Indian spices back to Britain. The space flows naturally from cocktail hour at the bar through to dinner service, with our team moving seamlessly between the two as your evening unfolds. Our kitchen creates custom party menus that showcase what we do best, taking traditional Indian dishes and reimagining them with British seasonal produce.
