The Kukri Room honours its namesake with genuine Gurkha memorabilia displayed across deep red patterned walls, creating an atmosphere that feels both storied and intimate. We've designed this private space around a bespoke table that seats 10 comfortably for dinner, though it quickly transforms into a games table when your group wants to switch gears after the meal. Dark wood paneling frames the room, while ambient lighting casts a warm glow over plush seating that invites longer conversations. We find the space works brilliantly for birthday dinners where guests want somewhere more personal, away from the main restaurant buzz. Corporate teams book it for working lunches that evolve into afternoon strategy sessions, making use of the HD TV screen for presentations before unwinding over our Indian barbecue menu. The room opens up for standing receptions too, accommodating 15 guests who can move freely between the bar area and your private space. We've installed both Wi-Fi and a PA system, so whether you're giving a speech or streaming content, the technical side runs smoothly. Many groups appreciate having their own retreat while still feeling connected to the energy of our main venue, with easy access to our self-serve beer dispensers and whisky vending machines just outside. From Cannon Street Station, you'll reach us in under five minutes through Bloomberg Arcade.
