Here at Woodbank, we hand over the keys to our entire 20-acre Welsh estate, transforming our family home into your personal celebration venue for up to 70 seated guests or 100 for evening receptions. Our dining room becomes the heart of your celebration, where antique tables dressed in fine china and gold-accented cutlery await beneath elegant chandeliers. Natural light pours through expansive windows, illuminating the soft neutral tones we've chosen to complement the countryside views. When evening falls, those same windows frame the sunset over ancient oaks, creating a backdrop that needs no additional decoration. We've learned what makes celebrations flow naturally here. Early arrivals often gravitate to our games room, where the full-size snooker table breaks the ice between different friend groups. Our 50" surround sound system handles everything from first dance playlists to live bands, while the traditional AGA and modern electric oven in our kitchen mean your chosen caterers can prepare feasts without compromise. The house reveals different moods throughout your event. Wooden floors and classic furnishings in the main reception areas give way to more intimate corners perfect for quiet conversations. Our seven bedrooms accommodate overnight guests who wake to river views and birdsong, with six bathrooms ensuring comfortable mornings after late-night celebrations. Some discover our mini gym, others prefer coffee on the terraces overlooking gardens where spring bluebells give way to summer lawns. Though the M4 and A449 keep Newport, Cardiff and Bristol within easy reach, once your celebration begins, the outside world fades completely.
