The entire Chaophraya Newcastle becomes yours when you book our Whole Venue space, giving you exclusive access to all three floors plus our sought-after rooftop terrace. Picture your guests arriving to find they have the run of the place, from our ground floor bar where Thai-inspired cocktails flow freely, right up to the covered terrace where string lights twinkle above the Newcastle skyline. We can accommodate up to 200 guests for standing receptions or seat 150 comfortably across our dining areas. The main restaurant floor showcases our signature Thai décor, with carved wooden panels and bronze Buddha sculptures creating conversation points throughout the space. Those floor-to-ceiling windows frame Grey's Monument beautifully, and when evening falls, the city lights create quite the backdrop for your celebration. Our rooftop terrace has become legendary among party planners. Protected from the elements but still open to the atmosphere, it's decked out with tropical plants and those famous string lights that photograph brilliantly. Your guests can move freely between the terrace bar and indoor spaces, cocktails in hand, while our chefs prepare authentic Thai dishes in the open kitchen below.
