Past our main bar's buzzing Friday night crowds, The Salon waits behind its own discreet entrance—a private world of marble bars and silk drapes where up to 60 of your guests can celebrate exactly as they please. We've designed this space to shift effortlessly from seated dinners for 28 to standing receptions that spill onto our private terrace. The marble bars catch the light from our carefully positioned mood lighting, creating an atmosphere that photographs beautifully for milestone birthdays and engagement parties. Corporate groups particularly love how the plush seating areas naturally encourage conversation, while fashion brands have discovered our silk drapes make the perfect backdrop for product launches. Our custom DJ booth means you control the soundtrack—whether that's background jazz during cocktails or something more energetic as the night progresses. The private terrace transforms everything. While your guests enjoy drinks inside, others can step out to this green-lit outdoor space, creating natural flow and preventing that cramped feeling common at private parties. The terrace works brilliantly for summer celebrations, though our heating means December parties use it just as much. Being on Royal Exchange Square puts you right in Glasgow's social heart, with Queen Street Station and Buchanan Street subway both five minutes' walk away. Your guests can easily reach us, and late-night taxis queue regularly on the square. We handle bar service exclusively for your group, drawing from our full cocktail menu and that small-batch spirits collection we're rather proud of.
