Step through the grand doorway of the Cathedral Room and you'll find yourself in one of Canterbury's most spectacular party spaces. We've kept the original turquoise and gold colour scheme that gives this room its distinctive character, with high ceilings crowned by ornate mouldings and crystal chandeliers that catch the light beautifully throughout the day. The room comfortably hosts up to 150 guests for standing receptions, or we can arrange seating for 100 at round tables for more formal celebrations. Whether you're planning a milestone birthday, anniversary party, or wedding reception, the polished wooden floors are perfect for dancing, while the mirrors along one wall create an even more spacious feel and reflect the warm glow from our chandeliers. Natural light pours through the large windows that run along the walls, offering views across our gardens.
