The Gold Cup Suite sits on the second floor of our Grandstand building, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the racecourse below and London's skyline in the distance. When we host events here, guests often find themselves drawn to these panoramic views during networking breaks, watching horses train on the track or simply taking in the Surrey countryside. This is our most adaptable space, welcoming up to 420 guests for receptions and theatre-style presentations, or 360 for seated banquets. The partition walls have proven invaluable over the years, allowing us to create two distinct areas when events need breakout sessions or a separate drinks reception space. We've hosted everything from milestone birthday celebrations to grand Christmas parties here, with the flexibility to configure the room exactly as each event requires. Natural daylight pours in from both sides of the suite throughout the day, something our regular clients particularly appreciate. The neutral colour scheme works with any decorative theme you might have in mind, while our built-in audio-visual system handles everything from dance floor lighting to corporate presentations. The draped windows and ambient lighting create the right atmosphere whether you're planning an elegant dinner or a lively celebration. Getting your guests here is straightforward. We're 15 miles from central London, with Esher station just a short walk away offering direct trains that take 25 minutes. Our free parking has plenty of space, even on busy race days, so nobody needs to worry about finding a spot or paying congestion charges. The suite connects seamlessly with our Grandstand View Suite below, which many clients use for arrival drinks or registration. Our in-house catering team, who've won several awards over the years, work from kitchens directly connected to this floor, ensuring your food arrives exactly as it should.
