The Back Area comes alive when the sun sets and our regular crowd starts looking for something more than just a pint. Behind the main bar, through the industrial-style doorway, you'll find this versatile space that transforms from daytime workspace to evening party venue with remarkable ease. We've kept the raw Glasgow character intact here, with wooden pallet walls that catch the warm lighting just right and exposed concrete ceilings that give the space its honest, unpretentious feel. The mix of furniture works brilliantly for different group dynamics - our banquet table seats 20 for those big birthday dinners where everyone wants to be part of the conversation, while the surrounding booths and high tables let smaller groups break away when they want. The room holds up to 70 people standing or 52 seated, which means we can handle everything from milestone birthdays to wedding receptions. Our kitchen team serves up buffet-style spreads featuring crowd favourites like burger sliders and veggie chilli, though you can always order from our full menu if you prefer table service. The bar team will sort you out with drinks packages that cover our craft beer selection through to spirits, depending on what your crowd prefers.
